To safeguard the health and wellbeing of our employees, we temporarily suspended the majority of our Field Services and Production operations on Wednesday 25th March 2020.
We have done this while we continue to review the UK Government's advice and guidelines and make further adjustments to ensure increased safe-working and social-distancing following Public Health England guidelines. We will reassess this suspension early next week.
We are currently operating a skeleton workforce in the above departments to ensure continuity of supply.
The remainder of our staff is currently working from home and continues to operate as usual, including our Customer Services and Sales teams.
We are prioritising orders at present with a focus on those related to our end users in sectors and businesses deemed by the UK Government to be providing essential services to the country.
What this means for you:
We will still be dealing with enquiries and quotations.
We continue to accept and process new orders. However, longer lead times are now in place. We will advise you at the time.
Existing orders may not ship over the next few days and maybe subject to further delay. We will advise you as soon as possible.
We are now postponing installation bookings and the delivery of field services. We will contact you to reschedule as soon as possible.
We do not take this action lightly, and we appreciate the challenges it creates. We are in no doubt you have considered similar decisions. We will continue to support you and work with you to resume full service as soon as circumstances allow.
